How long does an average repair take?
An average repair time is between 1 and 2 hours. But at the time we give you your quotation, we can advise you how long it will take.
Where will you do the repair?
As we say in our adverts, we bring the bodyshop to you. Repairs can be carried out wherever is convenient for you. We may need access to a plug (don’t worry about extensions we carry these) and water for some repairs but we will advise of this at the time of quotation.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and cheques and are currently investigating options for being able to accept credit or debit cards.
Are you insured?
Yes, at The Car Doctor we have specialist insurance so you have peace of mind letting us move and work on your vehicle. We also have Public Liability insurance.
After the repair can I use the car straight away?
Yes you can use the car immediately after but depending on the repair we may advise against washing the car for 24 hours.
Can you work in all weathers?
We offer a year round service and can work in almost all weather. If we expect to have difficulties we will always notify you as soon as possible.
